Returned Goods Policy
Authorisation must be obtained from Concept Latch Lock & Hinge prior to returning any products.
On approval a Return Material Authority Form will be issued.
Returns must be received at Concept Latch Lock & Hinge in original condition and accompanied by the issued RMA in order for a credit to be processed and issued within 30 days from the date of issue of the Return Material Authority Form.
Customers are not to deduct anticipated credits for returns, a Credit Adjustment will be issued by Concept Latch Lock & Hinge within 7 working days from receipt of goods.
A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-stocked items and goods ordered incorrectly.
Merchandise must be returned within 90 days (3 months) of Invoice issue date.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the Return Material Authority Form.
Any goods that are received without authorisation or unaccompanied by the Return Material Authority form will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

Shipping Method
Concept Latch Lock & Hinge will arrange freight for returns only when incorrect or faulty/damaged goods have been supplied.
Customer is to arrange freight and is responsible for freight charges for return of goods ordered incorrectly.
Credit Card Refunds
Credit will only be processed to the credit card used in the original transaction.
Cash Refunds
Refunds for Cash purchases will be made by cheque once return has been received and approved.
Account Customers
Credit will be allocated to the invoice which the goods were purchased on and will appear on the customer's statement for that month.
A deduction must not be taken until a Credit Adjustment has been processed and issued.
