Ricky joined Concept Latch, Lock & Hinge (Aust) P/L in 2001, bringing with him broad experience in manufacturing, sales & international trading. Since taking over as Managing Director in August 2006, Ricky has brought a creative & innovative approach to the business. Ricky has recently completed a Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MEI), & is excited about implementing new strategies & ideas with a view to growing the business through the provision of excellent customer service, and close development of the relationships between our principal suppliers & our customers.
